Playtime is so much fun at this age...we zip from one project to the next and back again. We have had to get creative since the temperatures are terribly hot and we spend more time playing inside. We don't watch television except for a very little bit, and I am that mom who refuses to get caught up in the over priced themed toys - Toy Story, Star Wars, Thomas the Train...we have toys and puzzles and all the other stuff - they just don't have some Disney character plastered on it. So - for fun and to change things up - we are kickin' it old school! Two of my favorite things that promote imagination, creativity, self made entertainment and... don't have batteries!
