Today we started the paperwork! Over the weekend Will, Ethan and I talked about getting started on the preliminary paperwork for the adoption. We have already decided on Bethany Christian Services for this adoption - and we had to complete the preliminary paperwork...pretty simple, clear cut...it was general information making sure we aren't too old! and to make sure we meet the criteria set forth by the country we selected...yes, we selected Ethiopia.
We had an incredible service at church yesterday - and through our worship time we knew what God was calling us to do. God, we want to know that you are giving us the desire of our heart by moving forward with adopting our second baby. So we begin - and step out in complete faith. We know that God will guide us and direct our every step. We are a bit nervous (paperwork, waiting, paperwork, waiting...), but know that God's will and His timing will be done. His grace is sufficient!
We are asking for prayer, support and love for our child - who is some where out there. He or she is growing in our hearts...
