Yay!!!!!!!! Our USCIS approval - the I-171H arrived today! Thank you, Jesus!! We are so excited that we can't stand it! Now we need to make a trip to Tallahassee and get the Great seal of Florida on the Dossier and then meet with our agency to make sure it's all in order and we've dotted every I and crossed every T before it goes to be authenticated and then sent onto Ethiopia.
This is a HUGE blessing - and to God be the glory for His timing and for His hand on this whole process - without His direction, our paperwork would not be in our hands right now.
I sent a thank you note to the woman at USCIS...for all she does to help adoptive families and for being such a huge blessing to us with our paperwork. We feel it very important to thank every single person who helps us along this journey. We are so thankful - without them we could not move forward. It's our little thing. We thank the women at the UPS office for mailing an overnight envelope for us...crazy, I know. Here's the cool part...I even got an email response - she said that was awesome and wished us the best of luck on our journey.
